Returns 

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. However, if you have a question or concern about your item please contact us. 

Damage issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can make the issue right 

How can I get in touch with your service team?

The team’s hours of service are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST (excluding holidays). We have limited support available on the weekends. Reach out to us by email at camelglow@gmail.com 

Subscriptions

Please note we send a notification 14 days before your subscription is about to renew. Please note if you would like to cancel an upcoming subscription you must notify us 10 days before your next package is ment to go out. Last minute requests for cancellation will not be possible. 

I placed an order on your website and never received a confirmation email.

Order confirmations are sent out immediately. Our emails can sometimes accidentally go straight to your junk folder and/or maybe flagged by spam filters. Please check these folders and mark us as nice monkeys instead of spam.
